1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GigFinances, operated by Sherpa Analytics LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, malware, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the security or availability of the service.

3. Intellectual Property

GigFinances, including its software, branding, design, and documentation, remains the property of Sherpa Analytics LLC.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
